Emergency School Closure
The decision to close the school is never taken lightly, and is always as a last resort, when the health and safety of students and staff are at risk. In this instance, we will inform the school community directly via parentmail, student briefings and we also update our website, inform the County Council and local radio stations.
We understand closing the school is inconvenient, and can disrupt student learning. In order to minimise this we set student homework. There is page under the Students & Staff section of the website called 'School Closure Student Homework' providing work set for students to complete.
